How to add it
Gmail
Settings (the gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac) and save at the bottom of the page.
Outlook
Settings → Accounts → Signatures (classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures). Create a new signature, paste and save.
Apple Mail
Mail → Settings → Signatures → +. Untick “Always match my default message font”, paste and close.
